Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated receptionist with an interest in yoga and fitness. In this role you will provide an outstanding role of customer service whilst also supporting and assisting in the studio's day to day operational requirements.
The role includes:
- Opening the yoga studio at the start of the shift.
- Checking in customers with our online system and welcoming them to the studio.
- Assisting in/and driving sales and acting as the first point of contact for customers. Building strong relationships with customers.
- Supporting the yoga teachers to ensure classes run smoothly.
- Ensuring the yoga studio is always clean, presentable and organised. This includes wiping down the yoga room after every class, cleaning showers, surfaces & yoga mats, and vacuuming the premises.
- Locking up the yoga studio at the end of the shift.
Skills and qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, punctual, polite and customer oriented.
- Mind Body Online experience is essential.
- Minimum one year prior work experience in reception at a yoga studio.
- Flexible, professional and proactive.
