As part of the leadership team under CISO, this senior position has the accountability for the security of Primark technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the deployment of effective processes for provisioning and de-provisioning access to systems and applications
- Establish, implement, and manage robust processes to govern the identification, authentication, authorisation, and non-repudiation for access to systems and applications
- Establish, implement, and manage robust processes to govern the allocation of entitlements, permissions, roles and shared drives for access to systems and applications
- Plan, implement and manage a schedule for conducting regular recertification and reviews of access right processes to validate the access staff and suppliers possess
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise the performance of the identity and access management via the use of applicable policies, standards, tools and processes supported by relevant metrics
- Engage with key business stakeholders internally and with suppliers as required, to ensure adoption of privileged access management services into their systems
- Provides support and consultation for security audits and assists with formulating management responses and appropriate remediation activities.
- 8+ years proven experience working with a focus on building and maturing Identity & Access Management
- Experience in improving performance of identity and access management via the use of relevant policies, standards, tools and processes
- Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as authentication, authorization, account lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver), password policies, MFA principles, least privilege
- Knowledge of Active Directory and relevant technology architecture
- Knowledge of data encryption types and standards
- An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification or experience
