Responsibilities
- Manage the front office team, training & development.
- Schedule department to business needs
- Oversee cash, key, and security protocols.
- Operate front office systems & procedures.
- Ensure accurate billing & revenue management.
- Assist with Hotel Duty Management
- Observe Health, Safety, and legal requirements.

- GCSEs in Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Previous staff management experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Ability to handle complaints effectively.
