Women's Wellbeing Support and Development Worker

Thrive Edinburgh brings together a collaboration of partner organisations to work together to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the people of the City. The aims of Thrive Edinburgh centre around enabling people to live well and fulfil their potential. The Connect Partnership represents a unique collaboration between leading 3rd sector providers Health in Mind, Penumbra and Change Mental Health. Together we will deliver a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency response to people, so they receive the right help at the right time.
Salary: £25,712 (pro-rata), (fixed at point 27 on Health in Mind scale)
Hours: 21.75 hours per week (3 days)
We are looking for an experienced and creative individual to develop and deliver our Women’s Wellbeing Service, providing flexible support to women living in the South East and South West Localities of Edinburgh, including one to one and group work. This work will support women to identify and work towards personal outcomes to improve their mental health and wellbeing and increase connections within their community. All support will be designed to empower and enable women to take the lead in self-managing their mental health and wellbeing.
