Internal Account Manager
Job Summary:
Office-Based Role. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated and proactive Internal Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximising sales opportunities. This role requires a high level of customer focus, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs. This is predominantly phone base role and a minimum of 25+ Quality calls a day would be expected.
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned tiered accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all their inquiries and requirements.
- Min of 25 Quality calls a day.
- working closely with external representatives to arrange appointments along with their day structure.
- Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and upsell opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, develop account plans, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems and Opportunities Pipeline
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of 3-5 years experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Team player, great work ethic and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for customer success and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates is advantageous.
Remuneration & Benefits
£40K - £45K depending on experience.
