Salary: £20 per hour
Hour shift: 09:00 - 18:00

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a positive and proactive attitude, that is willing to go above and beyond. The role itself will be based in the field and involve meeting our customers for check ins or viewings at our London based properties as well as assisting the team that is in the office with keys.
General Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries at all times in a friendly and helpful manner.
Delivering outstanding customer care at all times
Ensuring that the customer provides us with a positive feedback/review.
Dealing with the customer's concerns and trying to resolve the customer's issues.
Advising customers with leisure activities and places to visit in London.
Promoting the facilities and services offered by City Relay to the customer such as transportation from the property to the reception space or , mid stay extra cleaning etc.
Requirements:
A “people person” who will enjoy meeting and assisting guests
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to stay calm and keep an above average sense of humour in stressful situations
Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
Able to organise, plan and manage workload
Excellent London knowledge with being a plus. If you drive or have a scooter is a plus.
