This is an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Compliance Administrator to join our team.
As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for advising customers and repair agents of all service and MOT requirements and ensuring legal compliance is always upheld.

The Role:
- Working as part of a team the post-holder will need to work alongside colleagues sharing their experience and knowledge to provide customers with a high level of service delivery.
- To ensure that all incoming calls are answered in-line with the SLA criteria and are dealt with appropriately and promptly.
- To liaise with the customers / fleet team leader and schedule MOT bookings in accordance with the vehicles service schedule (where possible), therefore minimizing vehicle downtime and replacement vehicle costs
- Must advise customers and repair agents, with minimum delay, of all service and MOT requirements and booking dates by way of email and using electronic systems.
- To ensure that customers remain compliant to legislation and that they do not breach their customers contract by non compliance in regards to vehicle MOT expiry
- Must ensure daily reports are run/maintained to enable accurate updates of all open / VOR jobs for KPI reporting
- To speedily obtain and distribute all relevant service documentation and MOT certificates
- Verify, control, log, distribute and approve for payment all customer penalty charges and provide driver/customer information required by various police forces for any speeding fines or motoring offences committed by our customer base
- Ensure all paperwork has been delivered as per the expected KPI/SLA
- Recharge customers for all costs not covered by contract including ensuring order numbers are obtained from customer before chargeable repairs are authorised (where applicable).
- Ensure all procedures are adhered to and report all incidents of non compliance
- To ensure the accurate maintenance of specific spread sheets as and when determined necessary by the Customer Support Manager i.e. MOT and Services/ spare vehicle / vehicle mileages
