Job description
We have ambitious growth targets to host the BEST events all across the country. To meet these targets, we are expanding our events, and marketing team.
We are recruiting a skilled and creative FREELANCE VIDEOGRAPHER to handle our digital growth plans on a part-time basis.
You will maintain responsibility for:
- Produce high-quality videos tailored for different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excel in capturing candid and viral moments during events.
- Deliver two video edits per week for use in paid ad campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Film a minimum of one to two hours of fresh content during our weekend events.
- Liaise with our social media team to support content creation
The ideal candidate will:
- Work under own initiative (IMPERATIVE)
- Be available at least one day during the weekend (IMPERATIVE)
- Capture viral moments during events (IMPERATIVE)
- Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager.
- The ability to seek creative solutions to problems.
- Must have an interest in Nightlife, Parties and Music (Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Dancehall predominately)
You will be required to immediately work on our content for July, August and September events.
Remuneration:
- Starting salary: Negotiable: (Up to £30 per hour, 2-4 working hours per weekend + bonuses with the first month paid upfront)
- Commissions and bonuses based on additional video edits for multiple social media channels
