Lafayette Photography, a leading photography company (the Oldest Photography Company in the World, est. in 1880) .
We are seeking a skilled and creative freelance photographer to join our team. As a freelance photographer, you will be responsible for capturing studio portraiture, commercial, PR, schools, and group photography across various events. You will work closely with clients to ensure positive communication and co-operation, and you will have input into the creative development of the photography role within the team, while also contributing to the creative development of our photography role.
Additional Responsibilities:
You may occasionally be assigned other photography projects as required.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for candidates who hold a technical qualification in photography and possess professional experience in the field. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential. Studio experience is required, and you must be able to provide links to your online portfolio or examples of your work.
This position involves occasional travel, early mornings, overnight stays, and work during evenings and weekends at specific times throughout the year. You should maintain a professional appearance and have a customer-oriented mindset. Adaptability to new and evolving technologies is crucial. A valid driver's license is a must.
This role demands a proactive, decisive, and hard-working individual who thrives in a hands-on environment. Problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to navigate challenges with sound judgment and diplomacy are necessary traits.
