Freelance Leadership Programme Facilitator - Europe London, England

Unleashed
Full Time London, England 25498 - 36000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Hello, we’re Unleashed. We help create thriving businesses + great places to work. We partner with early-stage + scaling businesses to gear them up for speedy and sustainable success through People, Culture + Leadership Development.

In collaboration with the awesome businesses we partner with, at Unleashed we believe that we can do so much better than traditional HR (shudder) + Training (groan).

As an Unleashed Facilitator, you’ll be helping leaders develop the skills they need to lead high-performing teams within fast-growth, purposeful organisations. Our programmes are experiential, interactive + coaching-led - designed to rapidly embed learning + create transformational behaviour change - perfect if you’re driven by creating positive impact. :)

What you’ll be up to:

  • Getting with the programme: learning about the overall development journey for our learners + familiarising yourself with the content of each session

  • Engaging with participants pre and post session to enhance their learning experience

  • Delivering sessions - using a coaching approach to introduce learners to new concepts + create lightbulb moments aplenty

  • Collaborating with the Unleashed team to improve + enhance content + further develop your facilitation superpowers

  • Becoming part of an engaged community of People people committed to creating more confident + competent leaders.

This could be for you if...

  • You’re an experienced facilitator who feels comfortable + confident not just delivering content, but going ‘off script’ to explore topics in greater depth

  • You’re inclusive by default - you create space for differing perspectives + ‘invite people in’ in a way that enables them to participate + share, their way.

  • You’re able to ask questions to prompt deeper thinking + allow participants the space to create their own ‘lightbulb moments’

  • You’re a confident + engaging communicator - and a great, active listener

  • You’re comfortable creating virtual learning environments + delivering sessions online + have a toolkit of tricks you use to maximise engagement

  • You’ve managed people before - so you can relate to the challenges + development journey of leaders who participate in our programmes

  • You’re capable of understanding, following + where necessary, shifting the energy of the group.

  • You’re passionate about delivering a great experience for participants - so proactively giving feedback if something isn’t landing is second nature to you

  • You have a good understanding of management principles + people-centric approaches to management + leadership.

It's a bonus if...

  • You’re a qualified coach…

  • … Or someone well-versed in positive psychology, neuroscience or sports psychology.

  • You have experience using miro

The small (but important) print:

  • Initially, we’re looking for someone with 2 days worth of availability to learn content across March

  • You’ll then need to be available to deliver sessions spread over the months of April, May + June

  • Each cohort comprises 7 interactive workshops that are generally 2.5 hours long + are scheduled on a bi-weekly cadence

  • We’re offering a programme delivery fee per cohort of £3k, which includes all prep + delivery time, some post-session follow up - and some time before the programme to set things up + at the end to debrief

  • We’ll also pay for you to train with us - meaning for your first programme, you’ll have an extra £600 in your back pocket

  • If you have the flexibility, you may be asked to support multiple cohorts simultaneously

  • The majority of programmes will be delivered virtually, with some opportunity to facilitate in person in London if you're based there

  • Once you’re onboarded, we’ll work together to schedule training time + sessions in advance so you can plan ahead + commit to other work

  • After this period, you’ll become part of our squad of skilled facilitators + we’ll offer you work on a freelance basis as it comes in.

Our approach to learning:

‍️ Supporting a Personal Journey

When you become a Manager, most of your understanding and learning happens through experience. This programme is designed to support your personal journey as a manager and leader. We place strong emphasis on self-reflection; and getting you to think critically about what will work for you, your team, and your business.

Practical + Implementable

We will not get you to swallow textbooks full of theory nor ask you to memorise countless models. Instead, we will draw on a combination of real-life experience, neuroscience and sports psychology. We facilitate discussions around the building blocks of great leadership, to support you to develop the confidence and competence you need to perform in your role as a leader.

Tailored To Your Challenges

Each session will incorporate discussion of real-life challenges you’re facing in the here and now, as well as drawing out new perspectives on your past experiences. These are coaching sessions - highly practical and tailored; we’ll flex our style and the content in order to make the time we have together as impactful as possible.
