Location: Flexible/Remote
Hours: To be agreed/Flexible/Part time (expectation is 1 to 2 days per week to begin with)
Opportunity: A permanent role as a digital marketing manager, with the opportunity to grow with a growing jewellery startup. This role would begin as freelance and part time, and primarily focused on performance marketing, but it is expected that this role would expand beyond its primary responsibilities around ad creation and management into a full digital marketing manager role across all channels. How far it would go would be up to you!
Primary responsibilities
- Creating, improving and scaling Facebook/Instagram Ads (Coordinating with social media manager for content)
- Improving and scaling Google Ads (Shopping, Search and Display)
- Report weekly on marketing spend and performance for each channel (ROAS etc)
Potential secondary responsibilities
- Pinterest ads creation and optimisation
- Tiktok ads creation and optimisation
- Automated email flow creation and maintenance
- SEO (both onsite and offsite)
- Conversion optimisation
- Rolling out marketing efforts to new geographical areas
- Email newsletter
- Blog writing
- Develop, implement, track and optimize new digital marketing campaigns
Essential Experience:
- 2+ years of ecommerce digital marketing experience within the wider fashion industry
- Have led successful advertising campaigns across Google and social media for ecommerce fashion brands
Highly Desirable Experience
- Detailed knowledge and experience of jewellery specific ad strategies
- SEO for Shopify
- Optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Essential qualities:
- Friendly!
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Hands on platform experience, and very experienced with Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SERanking (or similar)
- Highly analytical and numerical
- Very comfortable with standard Microsoft office packages (excel, word etc).
- A systematic data driven based approach to marketing
- Comfortable with A/B testing
- A continual improvement approach to ROAS
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Ability to communicate marketing strategy and performance concisely and clearly
- A keen eye for detail
- Comfortable with independent work
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £16.00-£26.00 per hour
