GO (Golang) Software Engineer - Unified Comms - Remote (London twice a month)
Up to £65k (negotiable)
Working with the government, large enterprises and financial markets around the world. This company provides an additional layer to stop cyber threats. The app is available to the public and is a highly scalable cloud-based service or an on-prem solution.
You will take a key role in developing products and bringing existing experience in messaging and signalling to enhance this established team.

The job role of Software Engineer:
- Enhance messaging, voice and video features
- Using open-source applications to develop in-house software
Experience/skills required:
- Must be able to obtain or have a UK SC Security Clearance.
- Commercial experience in server-side development (C/C++, GoLang)
- Experience in open-source comms tech
- Experience with containerization and *nix desktop knowledge

- C / C++ / Go: 4 years (preferred)
- Open Source Comms: 4 years (preferred)
- containerisation, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD: 4 years (preferred)
- *nix desktop environment (GNU/Linux): 4 years (preferred)
- Restful APIs: 4 years (preferred)
- Databases: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- SC Clearance or lived in UK for last 5 years to qualify (required)
