Job description
We create sales presentations/proposals for estate agents and B2B clients. Each slide typically has one point being communicated using 30 - 70 words. Typically there are 12 - 15 slides. We'd envisage a job per week being assigned but more is available if wanted..
We "interview" the client and then provide notes as to what the client is looking to promote, along with their company brochure and other useful marketing/copy, enabling you to draft the slide text. The aim of course is to promote each point/feature and then a benefit to the reader.
Examples are:

We were founded on a deep-rooted, two decade-long knowledge of X, by a team of savvy individuals who love the county and love helping people invest, move and live in it. We’re a team of quick thinkers and good listeners who do that rare thing: treat customers like people instead of transactions. and
"With our office located in the heart of X town centre we make full use of our central location. Not only are we easily accessible, we’re even promoting your property when we are closed.
If you take a stroll into the X, you’ll find our superb illuminated displays showcasing properties to prospective home movers even after the lights have gone out.
If that wasn’t enough, we also accommodate viewings in the evenings and at weekends because we understand that not everyone can down tools during the day.
It’s all part of the service."
Someone who understands sales writing would be a huge benefit here.
