Established for over 40 years and now one of the North West’s leading& multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC Group Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Cage/Warehouse Operator to join our team at MTL Group, part of the WEC Group based in Rotherham.

Responsibilities
- Book parts in to stock using our internal warehouse computer system
- Create picking lists, kit and deliver parts to the correct departments from the warehouse as well as book out the stock on the system
- Housekeeping - ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the Departments and Profile Compound are maintained to a high standard at all times to comply with Health and Safety standards
- Maximise the uptime of the machines by delivering materials in a timely manner
- Collect parts from various machines and departments and book the parts into stock
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Fork Lift Truck – Counterbalance License – Side loader
- Ability to work efficiently and build effective working relationships
- Overhead crane / slinging & lifting skills
- Experience in a similar role/environment
- Needs to be able to read engineering drawings
- Operate a drill or similar machinery
- Work to a high standard
Working Location/Environment
Rotherham, Yorkshire
Working Hours
3 Shift rotation 37.5 hours per week; Mon-Fri 6am-2pm/2pm – 10pm/10pm – 6am
