BorgWarner’s Fuel Systems and Aftermarket business (“PHINIA”) is intended to separate from BorgWarner in late 2023
PHINIA will be a product leader in fuel systems and aftermarket distribution with balanced and synergistic exposure among Commercial Vehicle (CV), Light Vehicle (LV) and Aftermarket end markets, with embedded relationships with global OEMs and a focus on the global vehicle parc.
As well as being an industry leader in combustion technologies and chassis systems PHINIA will also be driving the transition to green fuels and hydrogen combustion by developing effective solutions to decarbonize the future of transportation.
The holder of the position will act as a primary customer interface for the Delphi Technologies OES (Original Equipment Service) business, representing us to the highest standards and building sustainable and intimate customer relationships to support achievement of our business objectives.
You will be required to achieve sales targets by realising current business and identifying new business opportunities, related to Delphi OE business and conquest sales and will be the voice of the customer within all Delphi Technologies divisions.

You will be required to achieve sales targets by realising current business and identifying new business opportunities, related to Delphi OE business and conquest sales and will be the voice of the customer within all Delphi Technologies divisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all given OES customers, and define and achieve annual sales budget for these OES customers
- Ensure Delphi Technologies provide long term product supply solutions to meet the service needs of our customers, including efficient, timely & profitable supply of product whilst adhering to our OES policy and related OE contracts. Ensure customer requirements are documented for at least the stated service obligation period
- Maintain a structured record of all part numbers sold to customers and related commercial and operational data, in support of effective and efficient business operation
- Manage customer pricing to include response to RFQ's and the definition and execution of annual Past Model Price Increases, in line with the OES policy
- Define business development opportunities and the associated strategy and tactics to achieve annual business development targets
- Drive resolution and ensure functional ownership for product supply and introduction issues, in order to meet customer requirements
- Monitor and track customer sales performance on a monthly basis and provide short and long term sales forecasts.
- Critically assess current business processes, propose and present improvements and efficiencies with related execution plan. Lead with compliance to Internal Control requirements, Accounting/Financial legal requirements and perform successfully internal and external audits.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Degree
- Good experience within the sales / account management environments
- Solid Experience in Automotive, Aftermarket or Auto Part Distribution Industry, ideally within a large geographic region
