The Opportunity
We are seeking ambitious individuals who are dedicated to changing their lives over the next few years by working in a challenging but highly rewarding FX Dealing role.
This is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit institutional sales team of less than 25 people, whose passion for personal development and elevating one another grew revenues by 79% in 2021 to ~£16m. The Specifics
- Researching and qualifying potential opportunities with the sales team to build a portfolio of clients aligned to the institutional market.
- Engage and consult with C-level executives of institutions across a diverse range of asset classes.
- You will learn to explore and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Alpha’s solutions can solve them.
- You will work closely with analysts and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients, then execute them.
- You will develop trusted relationships with your existing portfolio of clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio.
- You will be focussed on cross-selling Alpha products across your clients, as well as benefitting from new product launches to further enhance your own FX portfolio.

- Competitive base salary with average OTE of Y1 £120k, Y2 £150k, Y3 £250k+

Requirements
- Minimum of two years previous experience working within the B2B foreign exchange market.
- Fluent in English
