Job description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food is stored and handled properly to maintain safety and quality standards
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food preparation and portioning
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus, but not required
