The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Head Kitchen Porter to join the team. As head Kitchen Porter you will need to be well organised Ensuring cleaning schedules are kept up to date and completed daily. The duties may include, ordering, unloading and putting away stock correctly, keeping the kitchen clean, emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors. As kitchen porter you will make sure all the equipment is put away correctly, the washing up of pans, pots and operating the dishwasher machine. A good command of the English language is essential. you will also be responsible for training new staff and ensuring that everyone is fully compliant. you report directly to The Head Chef.
