Job description

A full time opportunity is available in our Mason & Rye Restaurant in the Kingston Fenwick store, working 36.5 hours per week across 5 days.

Key Tasks:

• Provide an attentive, friendly and efficient service to customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, encourage sales.
• Prepare the servery/ section for service, ensuring adequate supplies of trays, cutlery, crockery, napkins etc.
• Anticipate shortages of menu items and service supplies - communicate with colleagues to fill up.
• Follow the Food Handling and Hygiene standards as laid out in the Fenwick Catering Guide Book, training courses and on the job coaching.
• Understand and adhere to the store Health & Safety policy regarding both staff and customers alike.
