We are actively seeking confident, target-driven candidates who are passionate about the web3 industry and can think on their feet to effectively communicate with clients and sell a range of web3 products and services. As a valued member of our sales team, you'll be empowered to learn and acquire skills that will enable you to excel in your role in the exciting and rapidly-evolving web3 space.
You will be responsible for qualifying potential buyers for high-value web3 assets, negotiating offers and ensuring compliance with smart contracts, and maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the transaction. You will have the opportunity to earn on-target commission-only earnings of up to £130,000 per year with uncapped potential, as well as incentives for top performers and access to tiered commission structures for high-achievers.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of the web3 industry and the ability to keep up with the latest trends and technologies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex web3 solutions to clients
- Access to a network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) who are interested in web3 assets and services
- Confidence in engaging with senior-level executives in the web3 industry
- Proven ability to sell and negotiate in the web3 space
- Active professional social media presence to promote web3 sales and build a network of potential buyers
- Ability to work on a commission-only basis to maximise earnings in the web3 industry
Experience:
- Previous experience in web3 sales, particularly in the distribution of high-value web3 assets and the use of smart contracts and other web3 technologies, is highly desirable
- Experience dealing with HNWI in business settings in the web3 space is a plus, but not required.
