A fantastic opportunity to join the team at our successful restaurant in Ocean Village, Southampton’s vibrant and bustling marina. Blue Jasmine is a high-end restaurant, specialising in South East Asian cuisine with a modern twist, full of passion and desire to exceed guest expectations. We are looking for candidates who have good background in quality restaurants, in high volume service, and who work well under pressure. You must have a genuine passion for the industry with a love of fine food and wine and a desire to further your career and knowledge by pushing and developing yourself.

Duties:
- Deliver an excellent customer service, maintaining high standards at all times.
- Gain product knowledge of our menus and help to build the guest experience.
- Be a strong team player, able to lead by example.
- Maintain company standards, providing an efficient, professional service at all times.
