We are currently looking to recruit a Food Production Operative on a temporary basis to one of our well-established clients based in Westbury, BA13.GENERAL SUMMARYProduction operatives relish the opportunity to work as part of a team in the factory environment, adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring that all final products meet the high-quality standards of the company.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Cutting, wrapping or packing of all products handled in the factory· Carry out clean as you go duties· Demonstrate the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistent operate to high standards of food quality and food safety· Comply with company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygieneIDEAL CANDIDATE:· Must be pro-active in your duties,· Must have proven experience working in food manufacturing or Level 2 Food Safety,· Be able to work on your own initiative and work with others,· Mechanical and practical ability,· Demonstrates respect for other people· A positive attitude to work· Experience in manufacturingHOURS OF WORK:Monday 07:15-15:30, Tuesday to Friday 07:30-15:30RATE OF PAY:£10.82 per hourFree on-site parking and a friendly working atmosphere.Job Types: Temporary contract, Full-timeSalary: £10.82 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
