ABOUT THE JOB

• Deliver friendly and helpful service every day ensuring all guests return home happy  
• See-off departing guests and welcome new arrivals at the airport 
• Sell ski passes, equipment, tuition and après ski activities 
• Solve problems on-the-spot and update guests regularly during flight delays   
• Work closely with our local suppliers  
• Use our iPads to update content to provide excellent digital service to guests

ABOUT YOU

• You'll be self-motivated and happy to work on your own in one of our smaller Ski Resorts
• A friendly, helpful team player who can build professional relationships quickly  
• Comfortable to drive sales and enjoys providing great service 
• Resilient, willing to learn and remains calm under pressure 
• Confident to use technology  
• Proud to look and feel great in your Crystal Ski uniform 
• Fluent in verbal and written English 
• Additional languages and the ability to drive in winter conditions advantageous

*Salary Range from 1195€ - 1800€ per month*
*Dependent and in line with cost of living and minimum wages in each Country
