Our bags of flour alone weigh up to 25kg each and as you can imagine, we use a lot of flour! Once created, each doughnut is oven proved, before frying on the production line. Once production is complete, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the machine daily. You’ll work in a fast-paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food production specifications is key.

What we’re looking for in a Food Production Operative:

  • Flexibility to work an 8 hour / day, in line with site specific manufacturing shift requirements.
  • Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday
  • Physically fit, team players, who are looking to master their craft, while not taking themselves too seriously
  • Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
