The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and the flexibility and desire to be multi-skilled to support and cover a varied role, which covers all aspects of the warehouse, loading and unloading of vehicles and some local delivery driving. Scope of Job

  • Accurate stock control management, product location control.
  • Accurate in time completion of quality checks and paperwork.
  • Taking ownership of your role and a desire to gain product knowledge and always provide outstanding levels of quality, product and service.
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask, plan and prioritising your daily workloads
  • Ensure that you and your colleagues work in a safe and healthy environment at all times.
  • Continuously high standards of housekeeping,
  • Ability to pick and palletise stock accurately, General warehouse duties.
  • Valid FLT (Counter Balance) Licence
  • Quick learner and adaptable to change
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Some local customer deliveries. (Full clean licence required).

Our ideal candidate...

  • Ideally have warehouse and FLT (Counter balance) experience working in a fast-paced varied food manufacturing environment and hold the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent standards of housekeeping throughout each working day, be involved in Keeping the warehouse, delivery bays and surrounding areas clean and tidy and continually maintain highest possible standards.
  • Be confident, tenacious and resilient within a varied role.
  • Experience within the FMCG/Food Production industry is desired but not essential
  • Hold a full driving licence.
  • Ideally hold a minimum of Level 2 food hygiene and warehouse qualifications experience. (Relevant extra training will be provided)
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills would be advantageous

The role will involve…

4 day working week Monday to Thursday (7am – 5pm) with a Friday half day rota.

Pay £11.00 per hour

20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and additional day off for your Birthday, plus an additional days holiday per year for each year of service for the first 5 years to a maximum of 25 days.

Company pension on successful completion of probationary period.

Based at our Bradford, West Yorkshire Site.
