Amadeus, multi award winning caterers, are a division of the NEC Group operating at venues and events in Birmingham and beyond including the NEC, the ICC, Resorts World Arena, the VOX and Arena Birmingham.
We have great opportunities available to join Freddo, the Caramel Bunny, Bertie Bassett, and the team at Cadbury World as an food preparation assistant. The position will be covering all aspects of catering, retail, and hospitality operations.

We are looking for reliable, committed individuals to join our team on a zero-hour contract basis. Hours will include bank holidays and weekends. Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be given.

What you will do:
We offer a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
- Preparation of sandwiches, baguettes and salads
- Preparation of hot food items
- Preparation of fine dining menus
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
