Location: 110 St James Road, Glasgow, G4 0PS
The role involves:
· Watching and monitoring the store ensuring customers have a great experience.
· Serving customers and being responsible for cash handing / card payments.
· Assisting with stock control and management within the store including accepting and checking new deliveries, re-stocking shelves, rotating stock, date checking and ensuring the store is fully stocked at all times.
· Providing general advice and guidance to customers on shop products, services and offers.
· General cleaning and housekeeping within the store.
· Awareness of security in the store including looking out for shoplifters, fraudulent money and fraudulent bank cards.
About you:
· Previous experience within a retail environment preferred
· Fully flexible to work a variety of shifts
· Willing to provide support and cover for holidays and sickness when required
· A passion for delivering world class service
