FOOD FACTORY - LINE SERVICE OPERATIVE - DAY SHIFT Atherstone, England
Job description
You will be working FROM 05:30 - 14:00 ON 5/7 shift.
(FULL TIME ONLY)

What you’ll be doing -
- Your key focus will be to control a food production line and manage a team of up to 40 Operators to ensure products are consistently prepared to company standards and within the agreed production plan
- You will be responsible for getting all the ingredients from your colleagues in the Preparation area, ensuring that the correct trace codes are used, and stock rotation takes place
- You will ensure that there are enough ingredients for the run-in order for your colleagues to make our amazing products to the highest standard

- Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written
- Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and to good H&S practices
- Accurate and pays attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a chilled environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible
- Able to work well in a team with good communication skills and liaise with other departments as required

- Minimum yearly pay full-time is average £22,636 (depending on the role), which does not include overtime
