Role

We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Trainee to join our team in Food & Beverage Services working across the Food & Beverage Outlets at Rosewood London for a period of 6 months commencing in August 2023. Our Food & Beverage Trainee is entrusted with supporting the restaurant floor team to deliver an efficient and guest focused service during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

Key Expectations of This Role Are

Ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered according to Rosewood standards.

Handling all guest enquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by the restaurant to be able to maximise sales.Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• The ability to rapidly adjust to changing conditions.
• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
