Keeping abreast of changes in government guidance, legislation and national trends and associated areas of safeguarding issues related to all areas of the ECP portfolio you will work alongside our CEO developing, growing, and delivering the Education portfolio of services ECP provides to clients and prospective clients.
With significant experience of delivering training to professional audiences and workshops pupils, and a background in education, our consultant will research, develop, design (redesign) and deliver safeguarding programmes to a diverse audience.
Demonstrating a robust knowledge of safeguarding within an education environment, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working with/within the education sector with the Designated Safeguarding Team / Senior Leadership team.
Representing ECP at conferences and delivering presentations and lectures on safeguarding issues, and engaging with new business opportunities is an important part of the role as is developing professional client relationships.
Our delivery is both face-to-face and live virtual, which will include travel on a regional basis and occasional evening and weekend working for which time off in lieu will be granted.

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
