We are currently looking for Team Leaders to join our talented Food & Beverage team at Thorpe Park Resort working across our wide range of Food and Beverage outlets.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high energy and fun team who delivers excellent service each day to all our guests, who are ready to have an amazing action-packed day filled with our delicious and innovative food offering.
You could be working in and leading the team in one of our restaurants, or alternatively preparing gorgeous ice cream sundaes.
The ingredients for success
Ideally, you will come from an F&B or catering background and will be confident when it comes to organising and managing teams. This is a high-pressure role as the park gets busy, so you need to have a cool head and be ready for every eventuality. Flexibility is a must! You may have early starts or later finishes.
Your main responsibilities will include
- Serving customers at our various food outlets on the park
- Leading by example, this a hands-on role so don't be afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Ensuring you and your team are working in a hygienic and professional manner whilst maintaining high standards at all times
- Organising your team to be effective on a daily basis
- Dealing with customer enquiries efficiently
- Being a role model whilst supporting with the training and development of the team
- Driving operational excellence across the Food & Beverage team
- Opening and closing units and cashing up.

Qualifications and experience needed
Previous supervisory experience is desirable- Experience of working in a F&B or catering environment is preferred
- Ability to lead and manage teams and projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility in availability is essential
- We need people with a can-do attitude, but who also like to have fun
