We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Chilston Park Hote, Lenham, Kent.
Chilston Park Hotel is a 17th century manor, 4 Red Star Hotel with 53 individual character bedrooms. It is a very popular wedding venue and has a 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team at Chilston Park Hotel.
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor within the team, you will support your colleagues so they feel confident and ready for service as well as guiding them to ensure all daily tasks are completed on time. This role involves working in the restaurant, bar and lounge areas and as part of the events team.
This Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor role involves working earlies from 6.30am to 3pm, lates from 2.30pm - 11pm /Midnight and will include weekends as these tend to be the busiest days along with the occasional split shift. Applicants will be required to be fully flexible with regards to the hours and shifts that they can work.
About you:
- Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role and ideally within a fine dining restaurant or wedding venue
- You’ll be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
- You’ll take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of Hand Picked
- You’ll be a stickler for hygiene and be able to demonstrate best practice
- You’ll feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
