Are you an experienced Food and Beverage operative ready for the next step in your career? Do you have the drive and personality to give all our visitors a great food experience? If so, then here at Portland Castle we are looking for someone to lead our team in driving income, controlling costs and delivering exceptional visitor experience.

You will be responsible for leading the team of Food and Beverage Assistants to deliver an exemplary visitor experience within our catering outlet. Reporting into the Property Manager, you will assist in developing seasonal menus, as well as collaborating with the Property Manager in planning our catering requirements. Whether it's a delicious meal, a sandwich or a traditional cream tea, you'll make sure that everything looks good enough to eat! Great food doesn't just appear and outstanding service doesn't happen by accident.

We are looking for someone who can bring their experience of providing excellent customer service and strong staff supervisory skills as well as being able to work independently. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and also be a confident communicator, having strong interpersonal skills with both visitors and colleagues.
