Thorpe Park Resort is now recruiting Food & Beverage Assistants for the 2023 season.
We are one team at Thorpe Park Resort and we are committed to deliver magic every day for our guests. Come and join us for the 2023 season on the Island like no other!
We are currently looking for team members to work with us within Thorpe Park Resort working across our wide range of Food and Beverage outlets. You could be working in one of our restaurants, or alternatively making our delicious donuts or serving coffee. We have so many roles available and will find the role that's right for you and is fun!
We have opportunities for all, including students looking to work around studies, and parents who are are looking for some extra work after dropping the kids of at school.
Our current pay rates are starting from £7.10 (under 21), £9.18 (21-22) and £9.50 (23+).
Please note that these rates will increase from April 2023.
The roles are available from March 2023 with training commencing soon.

The ingredients for success
You will be offering the park visitors the best possible customer service in an efficient manner, serving food and drink. You could be working in a front of house role, or working behind the scenes helping prepare the ingredients for our fantastic meals. We have a huge variety of F&B units and restaurants. We will aim to get you into the most suitable role possible and provide you with the required training.
What does this role entail?
- Preparing and serving food and drinks orders
- Providing excellent dietary and menu knowledge
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Providing our guests with the best possible service
- Some staff may be required to work on tills - Full training is provided
