We are looking for Food Assistants to join our existing kitchen team to continue to deliver our extensive food offering. Using fresh ingredients & cook to order products to facilitate our varied food offering in the concourse food outlets, Encore & Sub Zero on both event & non-event days.
The team ensure that food is of the highest quality and prepared to the Executive Chef’s recipes to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Previous experience of working in a professional kitchen with high-volume catering environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
An understanding of health and safety and COSHH procedures and holding a Food Safety certificate at level 2 are desirable.
You will be used to working as part of team and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
