Job description
We are looking to add an Afternoon and Evening Customer Assistant to our growing team who provide local experts to home users baffled by technology. We are looking for people based across Nottingham and surrounding areas.
The role:
- Visiting customers in their home, resolving problems with their computers, tablets and smartphones as well as setting up any new devices they have purchased.
- Delivering on site training to the customers.
- Be our eyes and ears on the ground helping the area manager to diagnose the more technical problems.
The Person :
Are you able to help your Grandma access her emails on her iPad? Are you able to help your neighbour set up their new printer? Are you able to help your Grandad connect his computer to the internet? If yes, then this job is for you!
- Technology skills are important but secondary to our ethos of treating our customers as people.
- Extremely friendly and able to quickly build relationships with our customers, happily chatting to them whilst working.
- Recognise when customers need tech solutions, tech support (training).
- Full UK driving license essential.
- Must demonstrate our company values and behaviours which includes going the extra mile to ensure that our customers are delighted with the service received.
- Comfortable with computers, phones and tablets.

Working hours are casual (as and when) Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 3:00pm to 8:00pm - claim as many or as little jobs as you wish to complete!
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
