Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our highly successful team here at our Haymarket Hotel. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, working alongside senior management and team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded.

Essential Key Skills

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant or F&B supervisor in a fast paced, luxury venue
  • Demonstrate a key passion for Food and Beverage
  • Extensive knowledge of food, drink, quality products and ingredients
  • Understanding of the current market and an idea of who our potential competitors are
  • Previous experience managing, leading, motivating and developing a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general day to day management and running of the restaurant and bar
  • Establish strong and professional relationships with our guests
  • Deal with any complaints and be capable of transferring that information to the F&B Manager
  • Ensure we are compliant at all times
  • Work alongside the Food and Beverage manager to ensure a smooth and high quality service
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team
  • Maintain staff retention
