The Fees Office
The Fees Office is responsible for processing all student fee transactions and responding to all the associated enquiries.
The Role
The post holder is responsible for responding to all enquiries from students, sponsors, recognised teaching centres and member institutions. They support the day-to-day operation of the Fees Office and will process all types of student fees payable to the University of London Worldwide.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, a flexible approach and be a good team-player. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing role, processing financial transactions with credit control experience
