Hospitality Team Member - Level 2 Apprenticeship
12-14 month programme

In the busy months our front of house team has earnt up to £600 in service charge per month, whilst service charge varies depending on bookings with the staycation concept thriving, you can do the maths.

Hours: 40 hour per week
We are looking for Apprentices to join our award-winning training programme. This is an apprenticeship like no other!
You will get to experience all the things that make the PIG’s unique with a variety of craft training from bar infusions, cheese making, gardening & foraging.
Whether you want to work in reception, bar, restaurant or wine, this programme is suited to all Front of House roles.
There are many other activities outside of your day-to-day role, you will take part in supplier visits, Networking events and exposure to leaders within the business.
The apprenticeship offers clear and proven career progression, plus expert guidance from our training provider - Umbrella. The apprenticeship is open to all ages and contracts are 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
You will get everything you need to start your new career in Hospitality, from uniform, industry books, online portfolio, as well as access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
A range of in house training in also open to you for your personal development – Train a Trainer, First Aid, Food Safety.
