We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a Food and Beverage Assistant.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will support with the day to day running of the Food service areas and bars to ensure a high level of service is offered to guests.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- To serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner
- To communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return
- Ensure all cash, charges, floats and till procedures are carried out correctly (attention to detail is key)
- To maintain the cleanliness of all public areas

- Have a genuine interest in providing hospitality to our customers
- To be able to work well under pressure (Hospitality is very fast paced but don't worry you'll be supported from day one and you'll be just as quick at adapting to your new role)

Welcome to the Tarbet Hotel, Loch Lomond
The Tarbet Hotel is housed within a historic, baronial building, and situated on the edge of the iconic Loch Lomond. The building itself has a rich history going back over four centuries, and now it’s home to a stunning hotel offering luxurious accommodation in the heart of Scotland.

If you’d like a room with a view, opt for one of the Lake View rooms. These rooms overlook the stunning scenery that surrounds the hotel, and are ideal for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
