Primary Job Purpose:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner service and provide a great service making the guest experience truly memorable. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, with a can-do attitude and commitment to making a difference.

We are happy to discuss individual requirements in terms of weekly hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional levels of service to all guests responding to requests and complaints in a timely manner and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Preparing the outlets ready for service and ensuring the operation is left ready for the next shift
  • Taking beverage orders from customers, preparing and serving drinks as requested, paying attention to detail
  • Assist with the receiving and storage of goods
  • Maintain a good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
  • Assists with cellar operations
  • Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage functions service
  • Cleaning of equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining glassware and china for service
  • Preparation of waiter service stations
  • Preparation of tables
  • Maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene including wearing and maintaining a clean uniform at all times.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook including any department specific procedures such as cash handling and credit procedures.
  • Be aware of and follow all Health and Safety procedures.
