Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives / Packers for our client's new manufacturing site located in the heart of Nuneaton. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology to perfect all their product lines. Requirements of the Role:

• Basic numeracy and English language skills are essential, with the ability to follow safety and hygiene instructions.
• Suitable for individuals with good practical skills, who work quickly and accurately, excel as team players, and can maintain concentration over long periods.
• The role involves operating machinery while standing and wearing provided protective clothing, such as overalls and safety shoes.
• Health and safety is a top priority, and you will be responsible for reporting any issues or suggesting improvements to enhance our work environment.

Knowledge Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehousing environments is preferable.
• Numeracy and English language skills will be assessed during the interview.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Strong team-working skills.
• Ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency in following instructions.
• Awareness of health and safety protocols.

Shift Patterns and Pay Rates:

• AM Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, pay rate £10.42ph
• PM Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, pay rate £10.42ph
• Night Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, pay rate £12.05ph
