Job description

Established in 1931, Knoll House Hotel is a traditional, 71 bedroom Dorset hotel with sea views that stretch out over Studland Beach and on to the Isle of Wight.

In summer 2017, the hotel passed hands to the Kingfisher Group. Respectful of the history and heritage of Knoll House, the new owners plan to carry on improving the hotel, while retaining its traditional charm.

As a family friendly & dog friendly hotel our facilities include a dog friendly dining area, as well as Bay View Bar, Restaurant, Harry's Room, an adventure playground, a games room and a soft playroom for younger children, leisure facilities with outdoor pool and pool bar for the summer.

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will be driving service in our Outlets alongside with a great team. You will be working closely with management team to deliver core standards as well as personalised customers satisfaction every time.

Providing fine, yet unobtrusive service is an art and our skilful supervisors will be on hand to guide you through the process.

With guidance of supervisors you will become confident F&B Assistant with a proven knowledge of food, local beers, ciders, quality wines and spirits, well versed in both classic and contemporary cocktails.

Experience is beneficial but not essential, full training is provided.

Salary: £10.00-£11.50 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day shift (preferred)
  • Night shift (preferred)
