Job description
We are currently recruiting for a talented Team Member to join our Apollo Bingo Club in Mansfield, primarily preparing, cooking and serving food. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.
The Role
- Preparing, cooking and serving food and beverages
- Ensuring food hygiene standards are met
- Working as part of a team to deliver a great service
- The role may also include general Team Member duties including:
- Meeting and greeting Customers
- Providing help and assistance to customers
- Selling Bingo Books/packages
- Giving change
- Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor
- Checking winning tickets for customers
- Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club
The Person
- Food Handling experience
- Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/ entertainment industry)
- Cash handling experience
- A bright, outgoing and friendly personality
- A good work ethos:

- And have a smart appearance

The Pay and Hours
This is a permanent position, part-time working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a minimum rate of pay of £10.42 per hour. If you require more/less or alternative hours, please apply as we would be happy to discuss these at interview to see if we may be able to accommodate your request.
We operate a fully flexible working pattern over 7 days and our main bingo sessions tend to be evenings from around 5.30pm with afternoon working usually between 11am and 3pm. Additional hours will also be available in the summer seasons.
