Job Title: Restaurant Front of house team member

Employment Type: Full Time, part time - Seasonal
Salary up to £10.50 per hour
Shift Patterns: weekends, earlies and lates, split shifts

Skills and key Responsibilities:
- Multi-tasking skill

- Experience in handling money
- Complaint handling
- Opening and closing process
- Serve quests to the restaurants standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment
- Inform the kitchen and waiting team of any allergies, food requirements, complaint or changes to orders
- Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar
- Clean tables and other surfaces
- Set tables and ensure they are ready for the next guests
- Enforce restaurant standards
- Team player and customer orientated personality
- Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the restaurant and the bar
Experience:
· Previous experience in customer service area
· Comfortable when meeting and greeting new people
