Job Description
Lead in the provision of Hard Services on a prestigious and key site.
Responsible for managing a site maintenance team
Ensure all Safety, Quality, Compliance, Reliability, Excellent Service and cost targets are met.
Responsible for hard services PPM and reactive maintenance works
Operating within a highly regulated industry, but overseeing regulated and non-regulated site assets and facilities
Ensuring key performance measures including safety, quality, compliance, reliability and service standards are fully achieved and adhered to.
You will also manage all aspects of the team across all shifts and you will be an integral part for delivering the company business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Experienced within a engineering, industrial or technical environment, ideally that is highly regulated.
Proven experience within Hard Services/Maintenance Management - overseeing a team in the delivery of services to agreed standards and legislation/regulation.
Knowledge of technical standards
Knowledge of PPM, Reactive and M&E
City & Guild qualifications (ideally M&E) or related. Completed recognised technical training scheme.
Formulate, Assess, Validate RAMS
Planning maintenance schedules.
