Job description
At K2 Karaoke, receptionists are the key to helping us create a friendly environment to fulfil our mission of providing an exceptional client service. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and exceptional multi-tasker. Any past experience as a receptionist in a similar fast paced environment is preferred. This person will be organised and have excellent communication skills to both customers and to the team but can remain calm under pressure and handle complex or difficult scenarios.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking-in customers on arrival and allocating booths; greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Handling payments for the rooms; basic maths is required
- Taking phone calls and answer queries from customers; assisting the business in pushing sales
- Communicating with the team to ensure the operation procedures run smoothly
- Providing an excellent customer service experience to help the business grow
The ideal candidate will be:
- Well-presented; neat and tidy
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Work exceptionally well under pressure and remain calm
- Ability to multi-task and manage their time effectively
- Experience as a receptionist preferred but not essential
This will be primarily night shift job with day shifts available on Fridays and Saturdays. Typical hours from 7PM - 4AM
A suitable candidate must be readily available to work every Friday and Saturday night shifts.
Job Type: Zero hours contract
