£16.76 per hour
Based at London Coliseum, flexible hours
The English National Opera offers something different – world-class, accessible opera, available to everyone. We’re recruiting a casual Fly Crew to join us for our Spring Season.
As a Flyperson, you will assist with the fit up and build of all flown items, and participate in loading and unloading counterweights, operating and securing the counterweight hauling lines, breasting and brailling all scenic items and lighting bars from the suspended side and front bridges, measuring out and rigging motors in the grid area, operating lighting batten motors and carrying out live cues during rehearsals and performances.
You will also support with loading and unloading scenic equipment and working on stage, in all ENO venues and other ENO spaces as required.
We’re looking for people who have experience with counterweight flying systems and repertory stage craft, who self-motivated and enthusiastic and can work well as part of a team.
