FLORIST ASSISTANT
We view floristry as an artform to be explored and created,
a craft to be pursued and perfected,
a technique to be researched and developed.
We believe that our value comes from being design-led and design-focused, with a flat and supportive management structure.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Florists to complete contract arrangements, event installations or luxury bespoke bouquets.
- Maintain attractiveness of shop window displays
- Prepare and maintain condition of fresh flowers and plants
- Take photos and videos of finished products, events and behind the scenes
- Assist social media content creation and publishing; manage digital media library, update online shop and sales brochures
- Take simple bouquet orders, handle general customer queries and basic customer service
- Prepare and dispatch completed orders
- Maintain and manage stock of flowers and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
Requirements
- Passionate about luxury high-end floristry and design
Creative and good aesthetics, ability to learn the style of our brand and client's requirements
- Reliable and able to work under pressure
- Good teamwork and an active and effective communicator, comfortably working in a small team.
- Ability to track and report on work progress
- Basic IT skills, proficiency in office suite and productivity tools
- Flexible working hours according to event requirements
- Overtime / holiday work during key festivities (valentine's, Christmas etc.)
- Preferred: Full clean UK driving licenseReady for your Moment?
