Location: Samsung Experience Store, Bristol
Salary: £25,500 - £29,500 per year DOE
Bonus: 25% potential (OTE of £30,600 - £36,875)

Role Summary:
The Floor Manager is accountable for delivering PRS& Samsung goals, through alignment with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, inspiring inspirational customer service, operational compliance and execution while having an unswerving desire to introduce Samsung products that enrich customers connected lives through unrivalled interactions.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Health and safety across the site
- Maintaining store standards at all times
- Managing colleagues across all departments on all metrics they are accountable for
- Following the PRS processes, guidelines, and policies at all times
- Deputising for the Assistant Manager in their absence
- In the absence of the Assistant manager be confident in all daily store operations
- Key holding and general shift management
- Selling on the shop floor
- Demonstrate and be responsible for ensuring the team deliver PRS's standard of customer service with consistency.
- Maintains and exceeds company KPI's
- Drive the team to achieve store targets, and promotional activity. Ensuring all colleagues are aware of company commercial propositions
- Observes safety and security of the store, reporting misuse and theft through internal channels
- Supports the team ensuring excellent colleague engagement and proactively use and deliver store training

- The ability to prioritise workloads while balancing a multiskilled team's deployment

- The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and to promote the benefits of change to those around you
- Previous experience in sales is required
- Knowledge of the Samsung eco system and a love for all things tech
- Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning
